Just a friendly reminder that payment is due before or at the time of your session.
The easiest way to pay is to add a credit or debit card to your Jane account. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, you can send payment to jen@willingpathcounselling.ca with enough time for it to clear before your appointment.
Sessions cannot go ahead unless payment has been received, unless we've agreed on another arrangement in advance.
As a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW), I provide receipts for all payments. Some insurance plans cover RSSW services and some do not, so it's a good idea to check with your provider. Receipts are provided for you to submit, as Willing Path Counselling does not bill insurance directly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-show appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost.
If finances are a concern, please reach out before your appointment so we can work something out together.
